Associate Partners

To fully deliver on the Cogent promise – expert-driven services, on demand – we have engaged a network of former partners and colleagues to provide the specific expertise our clients require.

Our Associate Partners' domain-based experience and knowledge provides the foundation for the expert guidance and input CPM provides across the entire spectrum of clinical drug development. Our Associates have extensive experience within sponsor and service provider companies, and understand the dynamics, nuances, and details behind sponsor-provider relationships. This in turn allows CPM to efficiently evaluate, select, and manage the optimal service providers for our sponsor clients.

Cogent Associates typically have 10-20 years experience in clinical development and/or outsourcing management, having served at the Executive level at both sponsor and provider companies. Associates work with CPM on a contract/consultation basis and under a confidentiality agreement.

We engage our Associates in a broad array of assignments, including RFI and RFP content, review of provider responses, design of metrics and other performance management standards, and consulting assignments including due diligence, process improvement, company and product strategy, and systems development.
